John has rescued me many times over the past ten years!

His help and guidance over the past decade has kept me from a total system disaster on more than one occasion.

I am very lucky that I met John ten years ago when I started my own business and needed help setting up my office software. John guided me smoothly through the initial process and has continued to be available to me when I have encounter software problems along the way.

I am always blown away,  when after many years have passed,  I give John a call and we slide into a conversation about my business operations as if no time has passed. He is incredibly responsive and reliable. He returns my calls promptly and always appreciates the urgency of my situation. He is very flexible and does whatever he can to help my resolve my problems as soon as humanly possible.
